Bake and cool cakes. Tint white candy light orange using candy color. Cover cakes with melted candy, reserving some candy for decorating. Refrigerate until set. Use reserved candy in cut parchment bag to pipe random lines over cake immediately; sprinkle with nonpareils. Attach topper with melted candy.
