Decorate in Order
1. Mold mousse in pan. Set and unmold.
2. Prepare Wilton Whipped Icing Mix following package directions.
3. Using tip 3 and white icing, pipe dots on buggy hood.
4. Using tip, pipe white icing outlines on wheels. Pipe white icing balls at spoke points.
5. Using tip 3, pipe white icing scrolls on rim. Pipe tip 3 white icing scallops below rim
6. Make a bow with the ribbon and position on top.
