Bake and cool pound cake 1 in. high in cookie sheet.
Use diploma cutter from set to cut cake pieces.
Position cake on cooling grid placed over cookie sheet and cover cake with cookie icing; let set.
Use tip 6 and red royal icing to outline and fill in bow (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Pipe tip 6 red dot center with royal icing (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch).
