Instructions:
Step 1
In advance: Make candy bases using largest round cutter from set. Place cutter on waxed paper-covered board; fill with melted candy to 1/4 in. deep. Refrigerate until firm; unmold.
Step 2
Bake and cool muffins, trim to 1 1/2 in. high. Cover with melted candy; let set. Divide into 8ths and lightly mark division points on top and sides.
Step 3
Using melted candy in cut parchment bag, pipe vertical lines over marks and curved lines between. Attach candy base and topper with melted candy.
