Step 1

Lighten melted pink and cocoa candy by adding white. Mold candy plaque heads in Cookie Treat Pan; refrigerate until firm. Using melted candy in cut bag, pipe dot cheeks and noses. Pipe eyes and mouths. Divide fondant and tint blue and pink; reserve some white. Shape fondant into nightcaps and attach to candy plaques with melted candy. Roll white fondant into balls and attach to end of caps with brush strokes of water. Attach sticks to back of candy plaques with melted candy.
