Instructions:
Step 1
Roll out dough and cut out shapes using cookie cutters. Brush witch hat shapes with water and sprinkle immediately with black sugar. Bake and cool cookies. Use round tip to outline pumpkin and to fill in eyes, nose and mouth. Use small star tip to cover top of pumpkin with stars. Use round tip to pipe band on hat and buckle on band. Attach hat cookie to pumpkin with icing.
*Combine Kelly Green and Lemon Yellow for green shown.
