Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare and roll out cookie dough. Cut stars using 2nd largest cutter from set. Bake and cool cookies. Use full-strength color flow and tip 2 to outline cookies. Working with 1 cookie at a time, flow-in with thinned blue color flow. For starbursts, pipe a tip 2 dot of white thinned color flow; use pin to pull edges for starburst effect, cleaning pin after each pull. Repeat for additional starbursts. Let dry overnight. Attach icing decorations with full-strength color flow; pipe tip 2 dots.
