Instructions:
Step 1
In advance: Pipe candy features on waxed paper-covered board using melted, tinted candy in cut parchment bags. Pipe 3/4 in. diamond-shaped ears and 5/8 in. long hands; chill until firm. Carefully turn over and overpipe backs; chill until firm. Pipe pull-out hair strands; chill until firm.
Step 2
Also: Make arms. Dip pretzel stick in melted candy; set on waxed paper and chill until firm. Attach hands using melted candy. And: Make antennas. Cut lollipop sticks to 3 1/4 in. long. Roll spice drop into ball; insert stick.
Step 3
Bake and cool cupcakes in silicone cups supported by cookie sheet. Cover tops and build up icing mound with tip 1A; smooth with spatula. Insert arms and antenna. Position hair, ears and hollow center eye. Attach mini candy-coated chocolate to center with icing. Pipe tip 2 zigzag mouth.
*Combine Leaf Green with Lemon Yellow for green shown.
