Tulip Splendor Cake

In advance, using gum paste and largest rose petal cutter from Flower Making Set, make 65 gum paste tulips with tip 13 star centers and stamens. Using lily petal cutter, make approximately 150 gum paste leaves. Make extra flowers and leaves to allow for breakage and let dry.
Ice 2-layer round cakes smooth and prepare for stacked construction.
Using Cake Dividing Set, divide 6 in. cake into 3rds and 10 in. cake into 6ths. At each division point, pipe tip 3 stem and attach tulip with buttercream. Continue piping stems and attaching tulips for a total of 4 in each cluster. Attach leaves in between and over stems.
Cut 1 in. off wide end of Mini Wonder Mold cake. Position small side down on top of cake. Ice smooth. Pipe tip 3 stems to cover cake. Attach flowers and leaves to top and sides of cake; pipe additional tip 352 leaves to cover empty spaces. Pipe tip 140 stars to cover cake tops and overflow sides. Pipe tip 140 star bottom border and on 10 in. cake.
