Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool tulip cookies. Ice smooth with icing.
Step 2
Use tips 4 and matching color icing to outline cookies; let dry.
Step 3
Attach sticks to backs of cookies with melted candy; let dry.
Step 4
Make a slit in base of spearmint leaf and attach to lollipop stick.
