Tropical Treat Gelatin

A refreshing summer gelatin treat made in our Dimensions Jewel Pan and garnished with pineapple slices, maraschino cherries and crowned with a fresh pineapple top.


Difficulty: Somewhat Easy


  • 5 3-oz. packages of fruit gelatin (pineapple, white grape or lemon)
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 20 ounce can Pinapple slices
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Fresh pineapple top


Serves 12.


Step 1

Mix 5 packages of dry fruit gelatin with 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin thoroughly before adding water. Add only the water amount for the 5 packages of gelatin; do not add water for unflavored gelatin.

Step 2

Lightly spray pan with vegetable spray. Place about 1/2 teaspoon prepared gelatin in each diamond indentation. Cut pineapple slices to fit and place in diamond-shape gelatin area. Let set in refrigerator about 30 minutes. Carefully add remainder of gelatin to mold and refrigerate overnight. Unmold and garnish with pineapple top, pineapple slices and maraschino cherries.
