Triple the Love Sparkling Mini Cakes

Impressive 4 in. wide heart mini cakes glimmer with Red Cake Sparkles. Placed front and center is a molded candy heart you can make solid or with a creamy truffle filling.


Difficulty: Somewhat Easy


Step 1

Bake and cool your favorite cake recipe 1 in. deep in cookie pan.

Step 2

Use Heart Comfort Grip Cookie Cutter to cut cakes.

Step 3

Make candy truffle hearts with light melted candy to fill 1/4 deep in mold. Refrigerate to set; unmold.

Step 4

Position cakes on cooling grid placed over cookie pan and cover with thinned red icing.

Step 5

Sprinkle with red cake sparkles before buttercream set. Attach light cocoa truffle heart to center of cake. Pipe tip 2 outline around candy heart and sprinkle again with red cake sparkles.
