Bake and cool your favorite cake recipe 1 in. deep in cookie pan.
Use Heart Comfort Grip Cookie Cutter to cut cakes.
Make candy truffle hearts with red melted candy to fill 1/4 deep in mold. Refrigerate to set; unmold.
Position cakes on cooling grid placed over cookie pan and cover with thinned white icing.
Cover sides with nonpareils; let set. Attach red candy truffle heart to center of cake. Pipe tip 2 outlines around candy heart and sprinkles with nonpareils.
