Prepare and roll out cookie dough. Cut cookies using medium circle from 101-Pc. Cookie Cutter Set. Bake and cool.
Using tip 7, pipe icing on top of cookie and smooth with spatula.
For bassinette, use punch with largest Circle Cutting Insert and color Sugar Sheets! Using Rotary Cutter, cut 1/4 off circle and place in Sugar Sheets! bag to save for bow.
Attach matching confetti sprinkles from Flowerful Medley 6-Mix Sprinkle Assortment with brush and piping gel to bassinettes.
To make bows, cut 2 pieces, 1/4 x 1/2 in., from remaining Sugar Sheets! for each loop. Brush ends with Piping Gel and form loop by attaching ends together.
For tails, use remaining Sugar Sheets! and cut two 1/4 in. wide pieces. Cut notches in tails with scissors.
Attach all pieces together using Piping Gel and attach to cookie with buttercream. Attach matching confetti sprinkle in center of bow with buttercream.
