Instructions:
Step 1
In advance: Make graduate bodies. Prepare Royal Icing recipe. On waxed paper, using black royal icing, pipe a Round Decorating Tip 2A mound, 1 in. diameter, for body. Using black royal icing, pipe Round Decorating Tip 10 arms. Using white royal icing, pipe Round Decorating Tip 5 string diploma. Using yellow royal icing, pipe Round Decorating Tip 5 dot hands; let dry. Using white buttercream icing, pipe Round Decorating Tip 3 dots of royal icing to attach petite smiley grad icing decorations for heads; let completely dry.
Step 2
Bake and cool cupcakes in Smiley Grad or Graduation Themed Standard Baking Cups.
Step 3
Using white buttercream icing, ice cupcakes smooth with spatula.
Step 4
Immediately sprinkle Rainbow Jimmies on cupcakes. Place graduates on cupcakes.
Step 5
Position cupcakes in stand.
Step 6
Custom make cupcakes to resemble your favorite graduates and decorate in individual school colors.
*Note: Combine Lemon Yellow and Golden Yellow for yellow shade shown. Combine Red-Red with Christmas Red for red shade shown.
