Using royal icing, make approximately 8 tip 2D drop flowers with tip 4 dot centers. Let dry.
Cut Styrofoam to fit inside of clay pot, cover with Fanci-Foil and position in pot. Cut cookie crumbs on top of Styrofoam in pot.
Bake and cool cookie pops following pan directions. Wrap cookie treat stick with floral tape. Cover cookie with tip 70 buttercream leaves. Position flowers on cookie and insert into Styrofoam base.
