Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool 1-layer cake. Imprint cake top with smallest round cutter; cut out cake rounds using knife. Cover with melted candy. Chill until firm and repeat.
Step 2
Attach confetti to cake sides and icing decoration on top with dots of melted candy in a cut parchment bag.
