It’s a classic clover! Our star-covered Think Green design, made in the Shamrock Cake Pan, will be a welcome sign of luck at your St. Patrick’s festivities.

Instructions:

Step 1

Make 4 3/4 cups buttercream icing. Tint 2 1/4 cups green. Reserve 2 1/2 cups white (thin 1 1/4 cups with 1 tablespoon + 3/4 teaspoon light corn syrup.

Step 2

Bake and cool cake and place on foil-wrapped cake board, cut to fit. Ice sides and background areas smooth with thinned white icing.

Step 3

Fill in top shamrock area with tip 21 stars in green.

Step 4

Decorate bottom border with tip 21 stars in white.
