Instructions:
Step 1
Bake cupcakes in White Standard Baking Cups and cool completely on Cooling Grid.
Step 2
Prepare Buttercream Icing recipe. Divide in thirds; tint each with Orange and Pink Icing Colors. With orange and pink buttercream icing in Disposable Decorating Bag fitted with Open Star Decorating Tip 1M, pipe swirls on cupcake tops.
Step 3
Position candy-coated chocolates on cupcake tops. Position Chunky Flame Candles on cupcakes.
Step 4
For a quick and easy way to decorate these sparkling cupcakes, use a spatula to ice tops instead of bag and tip. It will save you time and look just as great.
