Make snowmen heads, using blue, light cocoa hat and scarf. Pipe facial features with melted light cocoa candy in cut parchment bag.
Position small, medium and large round cutters on cookie sheet and fill with 1/4 in. thick with melted white candy; refrigerate to set; unmold.
Make base with large circle, body with medium circle and easel with small circle.
Attach snowman head to medium round with melted candy, pipe light brown cocoa buttons. Attach body to base with melted candy. Cut smallest round in half for easel and attach with melted candy. Refrigerate until set.
Sprinkle base with sparkling sugar.
