Instructions:
Step 1
Bake cupcakes in baking cups. Cool.
Step 2
Insert tip 12 into cupcake and fill with either pink or blue icing.
Step 3
Pipe swirl using tip 2A and white icing on cupcake top.
Step 4
Position candies on cupcakes.
Step 5
Position cupcakes on stand and candle on top
