The Perfect Party Plot Brownies
There’s a whole lot of ground shaking going on in this party plot. Delicious brownies are scooped out enough to allow room for candy ghosts and goblins. Friendly faces are popping from the graves sprinkled with brownie crumb “dirt”. Candy tombstones and pumpkin icing decorations complete the party scene.

Instructions:
Step 1
In advance: Make candies. Tint portions of white candy orange, yellow and violet using candy colors. Lighten portions of black candy with white for shades of gray. Using painting method, mold 4 tombstones; mold 3 mummies without pretzels. Mold 1 mummy head only. Pipe 2 hands on waxed paper using melted candy in cut parchment bag; chill until firm, then overpipe back for strength. Also: Tint coconut.
Step 2
Bake and cool brownies, about 1 1/2 in. thick. Mark 4 graves, each 2 x 4 3/4 in. Scoop out 3, about 3/4 in. deep, and scatter crumbled brownie "dirt" around graves and over 4th grave. Position candy mummies, head, hands and tombstones. Attach icing decorations around sides with melted candy. Scatter tinted coconut grass.
