Instructions:
Step 1
Bake cupcakes in Witch Silly-Feet Silicone Baking Cups placed on cookie sheet. Cool.
Step 2
Use spatula to ice mound of buttercream on cupcake. Pipe tip 6 Leaf Green/Lemon Yellow combination eye (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Pipe tip 2 red bloodshot lines. Position candy-coated chocolate for eye pupil.
Combine Leaf Green and Lemon Yellow icing colors for green shown.
