Instructions:
Step 1
Tint portions of melted white candy blue, pink and yellow using candy colors; reserve some white. Position small bear and number 1 cutter from set on cookie sheet and fill 1/4 in. deep with melted candy. Refrigerate until firm; unmold.
Step 2
Mold hat and gift using painting method; refrigerate until firm; unmold. Pipe facial features, bow and inside ears using melted candy in parchment bag cut with a small opening. Attach hat, number and gift to bear with melted candy. Pipe hands; let set.
