Bake and cool cake in oval pan. Position cake on foil-wrapped cake board. Ice cake smooth with buttercream.
Using punch with Large Circle Cutting Insert, cut seven circles from Bright Blue Sugar Sheets!, six circles from Bright Yellow Sugar Sheets!, seven circles from Red Sugar Sheets! and seven circles from Bright Green Sugar Sheets!
Using punch with Small Circle Cutting Insert, cut seven circles from Bright Blue Sugar Sheets!, seven circles from Bright Yellow Sugar Sheets!, six circles from Red Sugar Sheets! and seven circles from Bright Green Sugar Sheets!
With black FoodWriter, draw spirals on small circles. With piping gel, attach small circles to large circles and then randomly attach to cake. Trim circles, as necessary, with Rotary Cutter.
Using Rotary Cutter, cut two rectangles, 4 1/2 in. long x 3 1/4 in. wide, from Black Sugar Sheets! Position on cake.
Using black FoodWriter and numbers from cutter set, trace numbers on the back side of Bright Yellow Sugar Sheets! Cut out with scissors and attach to black rectangles with piping gel.
With tip 6 and buttercream, pipe bead border on bottom of cake.
