Instructions:
Step 1
Outline cookies using tip 3 and green royal icing; let set.
Step 2
Mold candy lights: refrigerate until firm. Unmold candy and wrap ends with foil.
Step 3
Attach cookies, lights, candy and bow to cardboard base.
