Instructions:
Step 1
In advance: Make baby cookies. Prepare cookie dough and roll out. Cut using largest boy cutter from set; bake and cool. Decorate with color flow.
Step 2
Bake and cool 1-layer cake. On cake, ice smooth nipple, indented neck and bottle areas. Outline neck details with tip 3 and bottle with tip 5; fill in with tip 16 stars. Print tip 5 message. Position cake on craft foam block covered in foil. Position cookies; attach bottles with dots of icing.
