In advance: Prepare dough and roll out. Use patterns to cut one head and tail for each cupcake. Bake and cool cookies.
Bake and cool cupcakes in silicone cups supported by cookie sheet. Insert head and tail cookies into cupcakes. Outline mouth with tip 2. Pipe tip 14 stars on body, head and tail. Pipe tip 352 pull-out spikes. Pipe tip 2 dot eyes (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch), pupils and nostrils.
