Make 2 candy shells in mini ball pan for each fish: Pipe dots of melted green candy in pan cavities using cut bag, refrigerate until firm, then fill with melted yellow candy.
For eyes, cut gumballs in half.
For pupils, cut pieces of spice drops.
For top and side fins, cut fruit slices in half.
For back fin, cut a piece off fruit slice to even at back.
For lips, cut 2 pieces from fruit slice.
Attach all features with melted candy.
Fill shell with assorted candies.
