Prepare fudge recipe in square pan using White Candy Melts®; reserve leftover fudge. Turn fudge onto cutting board and cut base using round cutter.
Make lanterns using reserved fudge in cut parchment bag; pipe 1 x 3/4 x 1/2 in. high rectangles on waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm. Make name plaques using melted candy in cut parchment bag; pipe 1 x 1/2 in. rectangles on waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm. Print candy name.
Using mold from kit and painting method (see kit directions), mold snowmen without lollipop sticks. Using melted candy in cut parchment bag, decorate lantern with outline framework, wick and flame; refrigerate until firm. Cut candy canes to 2 in. and spice drops in half. Using spatula, ice top of base fluffy with melted candy.
Position snowman, candy cane and spice drop halves. Attach lantern and name plaque to candy cane and spice drop half to lantern with melted candy.
