Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool cupcakes. Ice bottom 2/3 rds of cupcake black. Pipe tip 5 black band of top of black iced area.
Step 2
Pipe tip 5 green icing balls on top third of cauldron. Tint piping gel Leaf Green and Lemon Yellow combination and use tip 5 to pipe over balls. Insert ghost icing decoration and pretzel stick. Spatula stripe decorating bag with orange and yellow and pipe tip 352 pull-out leaf flames; insert pretzels.
