Mold crosses without lollipop sticks using melted candy. Refrigerate until firm; unmold. Trim end where stick would go if necessary. Pipe flowers and scrolls using melted candy in cut parchment bag. For bases, fill silicone cups 1/4 in. deep with melted candy. Refrigerate until firm; unmold. Attach cross to base with melted candy. To support cross, cut Candy Melts wafer in fourths; attach 1 piece behind cross with melted candy.
