Stars and Stripes Forever! Mini Cake
Each mini cake serves 1.
In advance: Make cookies. Prepare and roll out dough. Cut stars using smallest cutter from set. Sprinkle with colored sugar; bake and cool.
Bake and cool cakes. Heat white Cookie Icing following package directions; cover cake with white icing. Tint portion of cookie icing blue and place in a disposable decorating bag. While icing is still wet, pipe stripes with red and blue icing. Position cookie.
