Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool cupcakes. Ice smooth in buttercream.
Step 2
Using single shape punch with largest star insert and yellow Sugar Sheet, cut star shape. Attach to cupcake with Piping Gel
Step 3
Draw mouth with black FoodWriter. Attach Candy Eyeball with Piping Gel. Position confetti around edge of cupcake.
