These Starburst Snacks Brownies are perfect for patriotic holidays, Christmas or birthdays. Change the icing color to suit the occasion!

Instructions:

Step 1

Bake and cool brownies in oblong pan; remove from pan. Cut stars using star cutter. Ice brownies smooth with Fudge Icing. Using white buttercream pipe tip 5 outline starburst. Pipe tip 21 center star.
