Instructions:
Step 1
Combine violet with a touch of rose for violet shade shown.
Step 2
Roll out dough. Using Easter Colored Metal Cutter Set, cut out cookies. Bake and cool.
Step 3
Using tip 5 and white royal icing cover cookie. Cover with shredded coconut. Roll out 2 red spice drops in granulated sugar. Cut into ear shapes with scissors. Attach to cookie with dots of icing. Attach mini candy-coated chocolate dots for eyes, and jelly bean for nose with dots of icing. Pipe tip 3 string mouth in brown royal icing.
