Instructions:
Step 1
In advance: Make candy basket and handle. For baskets, make candy shells using white Candy Melts and cupcake bottom cavities of pan.
For handles, tape pattern to board and cover with waxed paper. Pipe in pattern area using melted candy in cut bag; chill until firm. Turn handle over and overpipe; chill until firm.
Step 2
Prepare cereal treats and press into basket. Attach handle to basket with melted candy; hold until secure. Cover with tinted coconut. Position icing decorations and sprinkles.
