Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool mini cakes in dotted cavities of pan.
Step 2
Tint portion of royal icing blue.
Step 3
Place cakes on cooling grid over parchment paper. Cover cakes with thinned blue icing. Let set.
Step 4
Pipe in striped areas of cakes with tip 4 and white icing. Smooth with spatula. Brush stripes with piping gel. Immediately sprinkle with nonpareils.
Step 5
Attach jumbo confetti with tip 4 dots of icing.
