Lightly ice cake smooth with pink icing. With toothpick, mark Dreidel pattern on top and sides.
Outline letters and edges on top and sides with tip 4 string.
Cover letters with tip 16 stars, remaining area with tip 17 stars. Print tip 4 message on cake top.
For handle: Roll grease-resistant paper into cylinder 5-in. long, 1/2-in. wide. Push into cake side.
