Instructions:
Step 1
Roll out dough. Cut cookies using flag cutter from set; bake and cool. Pipe tip 8 outline pole.
Step 2
Using tip 14, pipe stars in groups of 4 to create checkered pattern.
Step 3
Attach icing decoration. Let dry. Place cookies in party bags.
