Step 1

*Violet and Rose were combined to achieve violet shown.

One day in advance: Make Wild Roses. Use royal icing, flower nail no. 7 and tip 103 to make 7 violet, 7 yellow and 5 pink wild roses with tip 1 white dot centers. Make extras to allow for breakage; let dry.

Step 2

Bake and cool 19 mini fluted mold cakes; cover tops with confectioners' glaze; let set. Position cakes with doilies underneath on stands. Attach flowers with tip 1 dots of royal icing and pipe tip 352 green royal icing leaves.
