Prepare and roll out cookie dough. Cut cookies using stocking cutter from set. Bake and cool.
Use tip 2 and full-strength red Color Flow icing to outline main portion of stocking. Let dry. Use thinned red icing in a cut parchment bag to flow in area. Sprinkle with red colored sugar. Let dry.
Use tip 2 and full-strength green icing to outline toe and heel areas. Use thinned green icing in cut parchment bag to flow in area. Sprinkle with green colored sugar. Let dry.
Use tip 3 and full-strength white icing to fill in cuff area. Position bulb sprinkles.
