Instructions:
Step 1
Bake cupcakes in Huggable Hearts or Valentine's Day Themed Standard Baking Cups and cool completely on Cooling Grid.
Step 2
Prepare Buttercream Icing recipe and ice cupcakes smooth with white icing using Spatula.
Step 3
Position smallest heart cookie cutter from Hearts Nesting Cutter Set on center of cupcake. Using the cookie cutter as a pattern, sprinkle Red Cake Sparkles in center of heart.
Step 4
Carefully remove cutter, and sprinkle Pink Cake Sparkles around edge of cupcake.
