Instructions:
Step 1
Cut, bake and cool cookies.
Step 2
Prepare color flow icing according package instructions.
Step 3
Use tip 3 and full-strength white icing to outline snowflake cookie; let set.
Step 4
Use tip 3 and thinned-down white icing to fill in snowflake; let dry.
Step 5
Use tip 3 and full-strength white icing to pipe designs on snowflake.
Step 6
Use tip 5 and full-strength white icing to pipe center dot on cookie (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch).
Step 7
Use tip 3 and full-strength white icing to pipe swirl over center dot.
Step 8
Tape holiday parchment sheet over window of box and fill with cookies.
Step 9
Use one cookie as a gift tag on outside of box and attach to ribbon with icing; let dry overnight.
