Snowdrift Inn Gingerbread House

Step 1

Divide prepared decorating icing in half, use half for decorating house, the other half for adding "snow" around house (keep remaining half covered with a damp cloth).

Step 2

Create windows and door with outlines. Attach mini fruit-flavored candies to doorframe and tops and bottoms of windows. Cut fruit jelly rounds in half and attach to window sides; decorate icicles on windowsills. Add fruit jelly round for window on door; cut mini jelly for doorknob; attach both with icing.

Step 3

Roll 2 mini green jellies together on granulated sugar; cut into wreath shape and attach to house with icing. Roll out 1/2 of a red fruit jelly round and cut into bow shape; attach to wreath with icing.

Step 4

Using spatula, ice roof fluffy. Position mini fruit-flavored candies and mini jellies cut in half on roof. Stand fruit jelly rounds on roof peak. Decorate icicles on eaves and attach mini jellies cut in half.

Step 5

Using a spatula, ice snow on base fluffy and sprinkle with shredded coconut. Position mini fruit flavored candies around house and along walkway.

NOTE: Additional candy may be required.
