Snow and Rice
Great "wintertaining" starts with creative serving solutions like our Snow and Rice mold. Just press your cooked rice in our Mini Snowman Pan and add colorful veggie details.
Ingredients:
- Non-stick spray
- Instant rice
- Yellow bell peppers
- Frozen baby peas
- Capers
- carrots
- Roasted red peppers in jar

Each rice snowman serves 1.

Instructions:
Step 1
Cook rice following package directions.
Step 2
Lightly spray pan cavities with non-stick spray.
Step 3
Use waxed paper to firmly press rice into mold. Unmold.
Step 4
Cut roasted red peppers for hat and yellow peppers for scarf with fringe.
Step 5
Add baby peas for eyes and buttons, a carrot piece for nose and capers for mouth.
Step 6
Place on warming tray before serving or microwave on serving plate.
Step 7
One cup cooked rice makes 2 snowmen.
