Using melted white, red, green, yellow and orange candy and painting method from mold label, mold snowman lollipops. Refrigerate until firm and unmold.
Using melted light cocoa candy in cut parchment bag, pipe dot eyes and mouth; let set.
Bake and cool cupcakes; ice smooth in white, using spatula to round icing in a snowball shape. Trim lollipop sticks as needed; insert snowman lollipop into cupcake on an angle. Position chocolate dot buttons.
