*Combine Leaf Green with Lemon Yellow for green shown.
Prepare cookie dough. Roll out dough and cut cookies using Witch’s Hat Cutter. Bake cookies and cool completely on cooling grid. Prepare royal icing and tint small amounts green, yellow, orange, black and violet. Outline hat with tip 3 in black or violet. Thin remaining icing and tint black and violet. Fill in hats with thinned icing in cut parchment bag; let dry. Pipe tip 14 star hat band in orange or violet. Pipe tip 3 outline buckle in green or yellow.
