Step 1

Prepare roll-out cookie dough. Roll out dough and cut cookies with Trio cutter. Bake and cool.

Step 2

Place cookies on cooling grid over cookie sheet. Cover cookies with thinned orange color flow icing; let set. Use tip 2 and full-strength white color flow icing to pipe dot eyes. Use tip 2 and full-strength black color flow icing to pipe dot noses, pupils and pipe-in mouths (pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Use tip 2 and full-strength orange color flow icing to pipe dot cheeks (pat smooth). Use tip 2 and full-strength green color flow icing to pipe outline stems.
