Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare and roll out cookie dough. Cut cookies using skull cutter. Bake and cool.
Step 2
Use tip 3 and full-strength white color flow icing to outline cookie. Let set. Use thinned white color flow icing and tip 3 to flow in cookie. Let dry.
Step 3
Use tip 3 and full-strength black color flow icing to pipe in eyepatch. Pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Use tip 3 and full-strength black color flow icing to pipe outline string on eyepatch and spiral eye.
Step 4
Use tip 2 and full-strength black color flow icing to pipe outline mouth.
Step 5
Use tip 3 and full-strength red color flow icing to outline bandana. Let set. Use thinned red color flow icing in cut parchment bag to flow in bandana. Immediately use tip 2 and thinned white color flow icing to pipe dots on bandana. Let dry.
Step 6
Use tip 3 and full-strength red color flow icing to pipe in tail and dot knot on bandana. Smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Let dry.
